KEY ISSUES
EDUCATION

Choolwe believes that a high-quality, affordable education for every child is the foundation to building stronger communities, families, and economies.
HEALTH CARE
Zambia has a broken health care system. With better planning and management, Choolwe believes that the health care system can be much improved providing better quality services.

WOMEN

Women are the backbone of society. Choolwe believes that women need to have better opportunities and an equal say in our community. This means they should have equal access to the same resources and opportunities afforded to men. This can be achieved through the establishment of a women’s empowerment fund.
YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
For a long time the youth have been left in difficult circumstances due to a lack of opportunities being available. Choolwe believes the youth will fashion and shape the future of the country and therefore, have a huge responsibility in being able to reach their full potential. However, this can only be possible if these opportunities are available. Better education and access to the Youth Empowerment Fund.

CHILD WELFARE

Choolwe understands that to make real change for some of Zambia’s most vulnerable communities, you must be able to work effectively across the aisle, no matter how partisan the country has become. When it comes to protecting our nation’s most vulnerable children, Choolwe believes every child deserves an education for a better chance at life and we must ensure this opportunity is available for all. Fighting to make sure they’re protected, find safe and loving homes, and receive the support they deserve to succeed in school.
